The Crystal Cavern 2
Realized I hadn't done an organic interior in years, so decided to add a recent one to my portfolio. For the gems I referenced a ton of photos I took in France at the "Galerie de Mineralogie et de Geologie". Also included the initial rough painting, usually do a rough to work out the composition and light, just brushes, then for the final I'll start introducing photo textures and also lots of tiny detail hand paint. They're the same resolution, so feel free to save them to your desktop and flip between them to see the differences.
