now official, The Inc Kickstarter has funded at 114% of our goal.
Thanks to everyone for all your hard work, now begins our hard work
getting the book and other rewards ready. If you purchased a reward,
you'll receive regular updates from kickstarter on where we are in the
process and when the books/rewards will ship.
