Advance Copies Have Arrived!

Good news! The advance copies of "Megastructures" and "Starship Hulls" have arrived, and they look great! All the books are printed and packaged, next step is loading them onto the cargo ship for their trip to the New Jersey distributor. Will post when they start their journey!

New Print For Rose City Comicon

Will have a table at the Rose City Comicon 2024 in Oregon next month, and am celebrating with a new Megastructure print. The full view of the Alderson Disk! The print is 18" across, and replaces the small sized closeup from year's past that is now sold out. Hope to see you there!

Swirling Sands Before And After

This ThrowbackThursday a before and after for one of my old environment paintings "Swirling Sands" from 2006. Built the base in 3d in 3dsmax and then painted the rest in photoshop. Ending up being one of my more popular giclee prints.

The Venrusi are a tall slender humanoid species that devote themselves to religious activities. Part of Space Baroque, an IP defined by political intrigue, galactic wars, strange alien races, and all the things you'd expect from a top notch space opera.

Space Ship 141 3D Print

A 3D print of one of my spaceship designs, printed by Shapeways using Stereolithography. The ship is approx 20cm long. Designing for print is an interesting challenge, discovering which details work and which are too small. Happy with how it turned out, may do a painted version in the future.
